Mr. Abdulla Ahmed Kamal is the Chief Executive Officer of Osool, which manages approximately 10 billion USD across different asset classes globally. Mr. Abdulla has over 21 years of experience in the financial sector and investment operations. Since joining Osool in 2014, Mr. Abdulla has held several leadership positions and played a major role in Osool’s success. Mr. Abdulla currently serves on several boards; he is the Chairman of SICO B.S.C (c). and Vice Chairman of Bahrain Car Park Company (Amakin) B.S.C. Mr. Abdulla graduated from the University of Bahrain with a BSc in Accounting, and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and he holds a certificate as a Certified Associate Professional Risk Manager (APRM), and he is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Mrs. Sara is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Osool, where she leads the Investment and Asset Allocation functions. With a strong background in finance and private investing, she has played a pivotal role in overseeing various Investment areas, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Debt, during her tenure as the Senior Director of Investments at Osool. She joined the organization in 2013 and prior to joining, she was a Private Equity Analyst at (GIB). Throughout her career, Mrs. Sara has demonstrated expertise in private investing, sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring fund managers and investment opportunities on a global scale. Mrs. Sara serves on the board of a London-based Real Estate Company, Ageila Capital Management, Amlak Real Estate Company, and Al Malaki Specialist Hospital. Mrs. Sara holds a BBA with a concentration in finance from George Washington University, USA and she is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Ady is the Chief Operating Officer at Osool, he currently oversees, Investment Administration, Investment Performance Management, Human Resources and Administration, Information Technology and Information Security. He brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services and investment sector. Before joining Osool, Ady held roles in Financial Control and Investment Administration at Arcapita Investment Bank. Ady holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Xavier Verdeyen is a seasoned investment executive with a strong fiduciary focus and a track record of delivering strategic value creation across global multi-asset portfolios. With deep expertise in asset allocation, risk management, investment management, and governance, he has successfully driven innovative investment solutions that optimize risk-adjusted returns while ensuring institutional scalability and long-term wealth preservation. Prior to joining Osool, Xavier worked in the capacity of Head of Risk Management at Hassana Investment Company, Managing Partner at Kubernao GRC Advisors, and Head of Risk at SNB Capital. Before coming to the region, Xavier built a diversified experience from his previous front office and risk management positions for different international asset managers. Xavier holds the CFA, CAIA, FRM, and CIPM designations and operates at the intersection of disciplined execution and forward-thinking investment innovation.

Dana is the Chief Legal Officer at Osool, she brings with her over 20 years of experience from practicing law in GCC, UK and U.S.A. She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Warwick and an LPC from the University of Law, London. Prior to joining Osool, Dana was Head of Legal Department and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Ithmaar Bank in Bahrain. Previous to Ithmaar Bank, she worked with Trowers & Hamlins LLP (London, UK) and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP (New York, U.S.A.).

Naser is the Deputy Chief Risk Officer responsible for overseeing the risk management function and establishing the risk management framework at Osool. Naser has over 15 years' of experience in the risk management, governance, and audit fields with exposure to different industries, including the investment and banking sectors. Before his current role, he served as the Head of Internal Audit at Osool. Prior to joining Osool, Naser worked at Ernst & Young as part of the risk advisory services group that specialized in providing risk management and internal audit services to different institutions. Naser holds the Professional Risk Manager Certification, Certification in Risk Management Assurance, Certified Internal Auditor Certification, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas.

Yusuf is the Director of Investment Administration at Osool, where he leads the Middle Office, Performance Management, and Investment Operations. Since joining Osool in 2015, he contributed significantly to the development of investment administration processes and the enhancement of operational performance. Yusuf has extensive expertise in overseeing complex investment structures and managing operational processes. Prior to joining Osool, he worked in Financial Control at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mrs. Dalal Alrayes is heading the Human Resources and Administration Department at Osool. joining in 2025, Mrs. Dalal brings with her over 25 years of experience from her previous HR roles. with a strong background in Talent Management, Employee Relations and Organisational Development. Prior to joining Osool, Mrs. Dalal was the Head of Human Resources at Bahrain Islamic Bank. She holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Business Administration Management, and a BSc in Business Information System from University of Bahrain.

During 2017, Sharjeel was appointed Head of Financial Control at Osool Asset Management. He was previously Head of Operations, and has 29 years of experience in Assurance and Advisory services, Risk Management, Operations and Financial Control. Prior to joining Osool, Sharjeel worked with SIO for 7 years, and before that he was with Deloitte and Touche. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and an associate member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He has attended professional courses in the areas of accounting, assurance, risk management, IFRS, banks and country risk and financial risk management. He is a Board Member of Al Dur Power & Water Company.

Abdulla is the Senior Director of Information Technology at Osool, Abdulla brings over 24 years’ experience in his field. Prior to joining Osool, he was Head of Quality Assurance at the Central Bank of Bahrain, Head of Application Support at the Central Bank of Bahrain. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from University of Sunderland (UK), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Bahrain.
